My Story.

A sense of freedom and emotional release
Strength and capability moving forward
Peace and happiness

Hi, I’m Christine, an accredited Breakup and Divorce Coach.

I work with people at all stages of a breakup, helping them to steady themselves, find clarity, and begin rebuilding their lives.

My own path to becoming a coach hasn’t been straightforward. I first trained as an architect and worked at the Royal Academy of Arts in London, later went into teaching and also gained a qualification to teach English as a Foreign Language. I then spent several years serving in the military. Each stage taught me something different about resilience, discipline, and creativity, and all of it feeds into the work I do now.

These days I’m based in rural Devon. I am a smallholder, artist and work closely with military charities, as well as having experience of working with organisations that focus on mental well-being. Having been divorced and gone through that painful process, I understand how overwhelming and lonely it can feel. But I also know there’s life on the other side of it - a chance to rediscover yourself and move forward. That experience shapes how I support my clients, because I know it’s not just theory, it is real, and it works.

Art has always been my therapy. Outside of coaching, I’ve always turned to art as a way to express and process my life. Painting, in particular, is something that grounds me and gives me joy. In many ways, I see my coaching in the same way - a creative process that develops authentic connections and helps people bring colour and meaning back into their lives.
